Status - "Reptiles In The Rose Garden"

I was rewatching the Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 after eight years and the title of the episode "Reptiles in the Rose Garden" straight up reminded me of the idyllic Cretaceous portion from Rudolph Zallinger’s famous "Age of Reptiles" mural. I know it’s supposed to reference the idiotic Kootie Pie (Wendy) Koopa ruling America for her birthday with the White House of in the episode, but I just can’t help but imagine exactly this, some beautiful subtropical landscape dotted with rose bushes and dinosaurs strolling among them (alongside the volcano in the background), right out of a Floridian garden. Alongside more Everglades-esque swampland depicted occasionally, It’s my favourite depiction of my favourite time on Earth, what is now the Hell Creek Formation specifically, where Tyrannosaurus and Triceratops roamed, and flowers belonging to the rose family have actually been found at Hell Creek.
